Desiccated Coconut and Flour – is produced from matured coconuts and the white coconut meat is granulated into the various desired cuts and is available as Macaroon or Fine , Medium, Flakes, Shreds, Chips, Creamed Coconut, and as Coconut Flour. It is also available either as Sweetened, Toasted, or Toasted Sweetened.
Coconut Water and Coconut Juice – is the liquid found inside the fresh coconut. It is processed using the latest technology to preserve the refreshing quality and flavor of natural coconut water. It makes a thirst-quenching drink and can be used as juice base for beverage.
Banana Chips – are made from the Cardava banana variety. The bananas are picked in their mature green stage, peeled, washed, sliced and fried in fresh vegetable oil. The banana chips does not contain any artificial additives. The average diameter is 20-25 mm and thickness of 4.0 mm.
Creamed Coconut or known as Coconut Concentrate is the unsweetened dehydrated fresh meat of a mature fruit of coconut ground to a semi-solid white creamy paste. Creamed Coconut is suitable for consumption without the need for further processing. Please do not confuse between Creamed Coconut and Coconut Cream. Coconut Cream has maximum moisture content of 74.6% whereas Creamed Coconut has moisture content of 3% maximum, hence the name Coconut Concentrate.

Coconut Sugar – is the product derived from coconut sap. Base on Food and Nutrition Research Institute study showed that the Glycemic Index of coconut sugar was 35 compared to 64 for table sugar, making it ideal for diabetics. Published reports mentioned the potential benefits from coconut sap sugar due to its nutrient contents. It also revealed that coconut sugar could also reduce cholesterol levels, is rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, calcium and Vitamin C.
Dehydrated Fruits – is produced by burning the coconut shell with controlled supply of air sufficient for carbonization. The charcoal briquette is made from granular coconut shell charcoal that is crushed and molded using a binder.
